I am writing on behalf of my 15 year old daughter. I have been bringing my daughter to the school for about 5 years now and I myself have gone for cuts and colors for at least 7. I have never had a real complaint about any of the services I have had or Susannah has had until now.
My daughter came in with a picture of the the cut and the color that she wanted. Yes, she has had previous hair color on her hair from various highlighting done at the school, and this time she wanted an all-over color. I was not present at the consultation. Susannah had handled it many times before and there never was a problem. This time, from what I gather, two of the instructors could not decide on some number in the color recipe. The color my daughter wanted was in the blonde spectrum, but what she got is definitely a brown/red. My daughter was not very happy with the color at all. She would have stayed till closing to get it fixed, but I had to work at 430 and we had already been there since 935a. We do not believe that this is in anyway the fault of the student! She was doing what was recommended to her. I honestly feel that something should be done to fix it or at least put her hair somewhat in the color range she requested and had a picture of. I do not feel that I should have to pay anymore than I have already paid for this service. (73.00).
