I was disappointed. I always look forward to the foot and calf massage, but the calf was nonexistent and I had to request more pressure and more time on the feet. I thought the operator was not engaged and she left the station four times during my pedicure.

I just want to give kudos to Bernie. Two things she did: She knows me and took my word that the $5 off earth day coupon I left at home would be destroyed after she granted me the discount, freeeing me up a little to buy the shampoo I wanted. And secondly, the student I had was a little rusty, as she'd had a break/leave of absence, and Bernie guided her so eloquently, not making the student nervous or "watched" but gently guided her and taught her. My haircut turned out great (I've fine hair, and every strand is important!), and I feel realy swank! And I think the student learned just a little bit more. Thank you Bernie! You're SO amazing at 88, I cant wait to see what you're gonna do when your in your 90's, you go girl!

She did fair job on framing my haircut around my face, but layer the back too short and choppy for long hair in back.

she didn't do my mini facial or mini hand massage.

She Did not go over products used in my hair.

I am writing on behalf of my 15 year old daughter. I have been bringing my daughter to the school for about 5 years now and I myself have gone for cuts and colors for at least 7. I have never had a real complaint about any of the services I have had or Susannah has had until now.

My daughter came in with a picture of the the cut and the color that she wanted. Yes, she has had previous hair color on her hair from various highlighting done at the school, and this time she wanted an all-over color. I was not present at the consultation. Susannah had handled it many times before and there never was a problem. This time, from what I gather, two of the instructors could not decide on some number in the color recipe. The color my daughter wanted was in the blonde spectrum, but what she got is definitely a brown/red. My daughter was not very happy with the color at all. She would have stayed till closing to get it fixed, but I had to work at 430 and we had already been there since 935a. We do not believe that this is in anyway the fault of the student! She was doing what was recommended to her. I honestly feel that something should be done to fix it or at least put her hair somewhat in the color range she requested and had a picture of. I do not feel that I should have to pay anymore than I have already paid for this service. (73.00).

I scheduled 3 appointments. My daughter and son both received haircuts that were way wrong. Both cuts were way to short. If I can find the time I will be bringing my daughter back in to see if it can be fixed a little. She wears a shorter in back longer in front style. For some reason it is so short in the back that she has a very awkward point (duck tail) which looks ridiculous. As for my son I was told notes were kept to aide in knowing what direction we were going with his style. He had very nice curls and now they are gone. I specifically said do not cut the top short just the sides and back. He is now back to square one in growing it out. He and I are very disappointed. I'm not sure either of them will want to return in the future. My haircut turned out great.

Olivia was fantastic!! I came in with no idea of what I wanted done and she was able to guide me and provide me with a lot of choices/opinions about my options. She demonstrated considerable knowedge and recommendations regarding your hair care products as well. I left there extremely satisfied with my new hair cut / color / and style. I look forward to returning in the future for a similar experience!
