Getting this review via email, tells me that I had actually written the day down for a facial correctly which I had for June 27th... Denyce had me down for June 20th.

no one called to find out where I was or why I didn't show. I love you guys but this wasn't my mistake. Then I was scheduled for July 18th which I wasn't aware of. I know Saturdays are busy for you just as my Saturdays are also very busy. Customer service needs some tweaking.

I will always recommend you to anyone who needs a haircut or facial or massage. That won't change. Please bring back the phone call reminders.....

My first visit I got a color and cut for under 100.00. I got many compliments. I referred a friend, who referred another friend.

My second visit she was very messy with my color. I had it on my face and neck and a visible line where the root color ended.

Third visit I told her how unhappy I was with the way she colored my hair last time. She touched up my color and pulled a few strands through to avoid a harsh line. And a cut.... 170.00!! I couldn't believe it. She did the same thing she did the first visit. Then I was told if I schedule my next appointment I will get 10% off next service.

I did not get anything for referring a friend, and was way over charged.

This salon should not be affiliated with Aveda.....Not the same type of service that other Aveda salons provide.

On a positive note, Danielle can cut hair.

Always great service & great cut & style. I enjoy the shop as well as Anaya--happy to have found your place & I enjoy that I have been a customer there for a couple years!!

Great haircut the first time, not so good the second time. I bought products with the hair cuts and both times the gratuity was added to the haircut and products! I think that's pretty shady. Or greedy. I won't be going back.

Everyone at Bella Luna is always so nice and courteous. They always greet the customers and then ask if you would like some water or tea. The hairstylists are very professional. They listen to what you want. They also give you a complimentary hand massage and lip gloss touch up if you want. I highly recommend Bella Luna.

Kita showed pretty minimal anxiety when we left her, and still very happy when we picked her up, and all reports are that staff spoiled her all weekend. It was great to leave her somewhere we were sure she'd be well taken care of. We had 4 nights to enjoy family out of town, knowing Kita was well cared for. The rate was very reasonable, too! Thanks!
