Communication issues. I was asked to confirm my appointment 3 times - by email, text, and then by phone; it became irritating. I witnessed some less than stellar complaint resolution - a woman complained about waiting. She was advised that's she'd be next and that "they're running behind" and when she added that she'd been told 45 minutes earlier that she'd be next, she was simply told, more loudly, "they're running behind." I was disappointed to see staff who did not understand the concept of customer service and made no attempt to apologize or otherwise provide any sort of service recovery.
When advised that I would need to have a test, I was informed that the next available appointment would be in October. It's July; October is not reasonable. I think Atlantis Eyecare is too busy for me to recommend anyone to go there.
