I went in as an emergency case. My tooth was really giving me pain. I sat in the chair for 2 hours before they started to work on me. after a lot of pain my tooth was removed. I then was informed that i owed $195 dollars even though my insurance fully covered the proceedure.After getting the insurance straightened out I walked to the parking lot and spit out the gauze only to find that they pulled the wrong tooth out.I then went back in and informed them of their mistake. They were defensive towards me and told me that this tooth was also bad and would have needed to be removed in the future.I finally got them to remove the problem tooth, after again a lot of pain.4 hours in the chair and missing an extra tooth, not a pleasent experience. Oh, they offered to pay for the proceedure that is allready covered by my insurance.
