I typically go to less expensive salons for my manicures, but I had a Spa Finder gift card and figured I would treat myself at a nicer salon. Everyone was VERY kind and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. However, my nail technician (Evette) did not know how to do a french manicure :/ She was so sweet and she tried several times, but it was clear that she was not sure how to do it correctly, and eventually I just asked to do a solid color instead. I was really disappointed that this happened at such a nice reputable salon. The rest of the manicure was also just average, I don't feel that my cuticles/nails/etc were tended to as well as they could have been. Despite everyone's kindness, I'm not sure I would come back :(

Overall, it was a nice and relaxing pedicure. However, the technician did not do a good job applying the nail polish. Some of it came off the next day.

I LOVE Aveda! I mistakenly bought the wrong shampoo and thought I would just use it up since it is an investment, but the shampoo irritated my scalp. So I took the large bottles back to the store with my receipt. They took the product back and gave me what I needed. That's customer service!! I was so impressed that I bought more product and scheduled my much overdue massage while there. Hats of to Aveda!

I rarely write reviews. I try to give positive feedback but when this survey came through my email I had to respond. I went into this aveda store strictly to buy a product that was recommended from a friend. She was wearing the perfume that smells like aveda shampoos. I loved thi idea and had to purchase some. I went into the salon about a half hour before closing but despite the fact that there were no customers I waited over a half hour. Problems that occurred included; mismarkered product (brush with a $6.00 price tag that was actually $12.00, looking for the perfume that I chose (ultimately did no find any), making one if the perfumes I requested, the girl seemed very unsure of what she was doing ( which turned out to be very week), and the spending at least 15 minutes trying to find the correct product in the computer to charge me. They did give me a free sample of hair product and I convinced them to let me take the sample (less than 1/2 the bottle) of the original perfume I wanted. Overall service was less than knowledgable about product.

Deb is great! Actually if I did not have her fix my hair from my last experience with different colorist, I would have not came back! She is always on time, she listens and exceeds my expectations! Again I can not express how happy I am that I have found her!
