This was probably an isolated instance. I arrived at 9>10 for a 9:30 appointment. Almost immediately I was brought to three different machines for tests. Ashley was very efficient and I was asked to wait out in the waiting room as Dr. Hancock didn't have a room available. After an hour there I had another appointment so I had to leave. However, Dr. Hancock called me at home, apologized to me and then discussed the findings from the three tests. He also prescribed a medicine. I appreciated him calling me.
Another subject: I was asked to confirm my appointment 4 different times: 1. On phone by texting. 2 On computer 3. By my cell phone & 4 By my land line. Appears to be overkill to me.
I would not go any other place for my eye care. Sincerely, Luther Bolenbarker
