You should have some kind of code on the patient's chart to indicate they pay well- on time and always the full amount. I have been a good patient for as long as the Angelina Eye Center has been there. Yesterday, I ordered my contacts, but I had to come by and pay for them before you ordered them. I feel like I should have been allowed to order them over the phone, and pay when I picked them up. That is just good business and good service to a good customer/patient!
