I am not used to paying so much for a hair cut. I am 66+ and always have been on sort of a tight budget. My hair is pretty thin and a little hard to manage. I was a bit desperate to get a haircut because I had an unexpected funeral to attend in a couple of days and wanted to look as decent as possible so I did the walk in at the Rainbow site and made sure I was there before opening and expecting an hour+ waiting time. I pulled on the door after seeing another person walk in after sitting in my car about 20min. and it was locked. It was another employee, but Joanna seen me and let me in about 10min early. Long story short, Joanna explained and proceeded to give me one of my best haircuts ever and was very friendly the whole time. It's funny how a good haircut can help you feel better about yourself. Like I said in the beginning, it's a little steep for my budget but I wish I would have done this years ago. I'll be back! (Also, the hand waxing, face massage and scalp rub was sooo relaxing. ) Thank you Joanna!!!
