i have been a regular (every 2 weeks) loyal customer for a long time with Crystal. my last appointment was cancelled as i was 10 minutes late. i was surprised when the receptionist said it was the policy to cancel if 15 minutes late. i said i never heard that policy and that it was only 10 minutes past. after arguing a few minutes i explained my disappointment that i did not get a call to inquire my delay. (i work one block away.) even after the lengthy discussion, i got into my car and noted on my phone that i still was not past your "cut-off" time.
it’s too bad i will not be returning as Crystal does an excellent job.
